Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is a widely used organic chelating agent with the chemical formula C ?? H ?? N ? O ?. Its core characteristic is the ability to form stable water-soluble complexes with various metal ions (such as Ca ² ?, Mg ² ?, Fe ² ?, etc.), which makes it play an important role in medical, industrial, environmental protection and other fields.
