Advantages of polypropylene (PP):
High temperature resistance: With a high melting point, it can withstand high temperature disinfection.
High rigidity&fatigue resistance: Mechanical strength superior to PE, suitable for manufacturing hinge structures (such as bottle caps).
Chemical corrosion resistance: stable to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, commonly used in cleaning agent packaging.
Lightweight: Low density, reduces product weight.
Modified: Improve transparency or impact resistance through copolymerization or the addition of additives.
